Non-Returnable Products
All products sold by Samyakdrishti Home Care Private Limited are non-returnable
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product opened or used
- Seal broken
- Packaging damaged by customer
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Customized or private label products
Replacement (Exception Only)
Replacement will be provided only if:
- Damaged product received
- Defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are generally not applicable.
- Replacement will be preferred.
- Refund will be processed only if replacement is not available.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Shipping
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted
